I absolutely love these products!!! The combination of 55a topical and 33 sublingual quickly alleviated my pain from surgery.   I would not hesitate to use either product.  Start with the 55a topical and if you still need additional for the breakthrough pain take the sublingual drops.  The topical quickly absorbs into your skin with out sticky residue.  I used both longterm without worry of addiction.  I found I was able to pass the day and reach for it less and less until one day I realized I know longer needed a daily application.  I have shared the products with friends and family for all types of pain; achilles tendons, falls with pain in back and shoulders, arthritic joints.  This is stronger than the typical over the counter CBD lotions and creams.
