To appreciate Christopher Robin Hülliger and his achievements in recent years, is to consider his family background: his grandfather, Henry H. Allen Green, M.D. is a Family Physician currently in private practice at the Center for Optimum Health in Los Angeles, CA. He is both the founder and medical director of the Center and has over 32 years of experience working in Integrative Healthcare settings. Dr. Green practices Integrative/ Wellness/Functional Medicine, combining conventional medicine with natural, nutritional and herbal therapies.
Dr. Green completed his medical school training in May 1985 from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. His undergraduate education was completed at Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburg Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular/Cellular Biology. Dr. Green’s post graduate medical training in family medicine was completed at Montgomery Family Practice Residency Program, Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania in 1988.
For over 15 years Dr. Green served on the faculty of the University Of California, Irvine, School Of Medicine as assistant clinical professor of medicine where he taught other physicians, residents and medical students the principals and practice of natural and Integrative Medicine. He frequently lectures to other healthcare practitioners as well as the general community on various topics related to complementary and holistically oriented medicine.

Dr. Green has been particularly successful at bridging the gap between conventional and complementary medicine. He served as Chair of the Department of Family Practice and Chair of the Bioethics Committee at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley, California for several years. Dr. Green has been an active member of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM) for over 32 years. ACAM is a professional organization dedicated to educating healthcare professionals on the latest cutting edge approaches to the diagnosis and treatment common and complex medical conditions with a more functional, natural and integrative healthcare approaches. Until recently he served two terms as their President of the Board of Directors and still serves now on their Board and Education Committee.
There are several areas that Dr. Green’s practice focuses on such as longevity medicine, immune enhancement and balancing, detoxification and cleansing, neurotransmitter balancing, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, allergy treatment, environmental medicine, and nutritional optimization. The aim of Dr. Green’s practice is to enhance and optimize health, prevent disease, and treat illness, all as safely, naturally, and as non-toxically as possible.
Mike graduated from the University of Louisiana School of Pharmacy in 1981, where he received his BS Degree in Pharmacy. He became Staff Pharmacist at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. Through this tenure he was in charge Pediatrics and Oncology. In 1996 he attended Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he received his Consulting Pharmacist Certification. In 1997 he attended the International Association of Clinical Nutrition in Chicago, IL, a post graduate program for pharmacists to become clinical nutritionists.
As an independent pharmacist Casso pioneered his mark, Medical Infusion Technologies, later it became Oncology Rx; specific internal systems and procedures for local Oncologists that extended to an in-home healthcare practice for 12 Oncology Centers. Casso’s formulas, incorporating Nutraceuticals with medication and detailed protocols, proved to be key to maintaing the body’s natural nutrients fighting the depletion of those nutrients caused by physician prescribed pharmaceutical medication. This is a major breakthrough. His expertise and counseling of other physician's cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure patients helped achieve decisive wellness by supporting the body’s natural immune systems.
